This Glacier™ Witch Ball first starts out as clear recycled glass. As the ball is formed from molten glass it is rolled in an light blue & dark blue mixture of glass granule that provides the design. The glass is then blown and popped to create the strands of glass that run in the interior of the ball. The color covers around 40% to 60% of the ball so that the interior of the ball can be seen. Since each witch ball is handcrafted, no two are alike. Witch balls are free blown and can be irregular in shape. The size is close to a grapefruit, 6 inches in diameter.
